ISSUE:

Yes. «Nansen» has ruled that since the Plaintiff was not paid in accordance with the
agreement, the contract didn’t was legal force.
As of today, based on U.S. law, cryptocurrency has official property status. And in
turn it is indivisible. This means a complete withdrawal of funds from the
Defendant’s account namely «DealOptionsBot», in favor of the Plaintiff.
The defendant’s funds are blocked in the cryptocurrency account for a period until
February 14, 2025.
