я был в прошлом году был обманут брокером. Я не обращался ни каким государственным органам за помощью, но сейчас получил странный мейл не понятно откуда.

My name is Maxim Nolan, from the Financial Services Authority. In connection with an enrichment by financial fraud investigation. We have information that you have been victimised by black brokers and have lost money.
Even if a company name you are familiar with is not listed, but you have lost money with a brokerage company, you can contact us. We are a government regulator and we do not charge you for our work.

Конечно, это уловка мошенников, которые представляются Financial Services Authority (FSA).
Но они тупые, и в электронном адресе вместо FSA написано FCA.
